ABOUT
Love and Respect for the Earth
Rie is a Japanese artist based in New York.
Born in Tokyo, she spent over a decade working as an art director before moving to New York in 2008 to explore new avenues of creative expression.
Drawn to the ever- changing beauty of the ocean, Rie creates abstract paintings that reflect its essence — each piece infused with a deep reverence for nature and the Earth.
Nature has a way of reminding us who we truly are — of our strength, beauty, love, and inner power.
Through her work, Rie hopes to offer quiet moments of reflection and an opportunity for viewers to reconnect with their true selves.
